Arohalink started as a frustration with the patchwork of tools that workforce managers and care providers use every day. One platform that connects people, paperwork, payments and trust โ€” that's the goal, and that's what we ship.

Our mission

Workforce software shouldn't make the work harder.

Care providers, support workers, agencies and families spend too much of their day fighting their tools. Spreadsheets that don't talk. Compliance systems that nag in the wrong places. Job boards that surface the wrong people. We're building one platform โ€” verified, fair and on-platform โ€” so the work itself can be the focus again.

We start with care, hospitality and the trades because that's where the friction is most expensive: in human terms, not just dollars. And we build in-region, because regulators, currencies and customs are never one-size-fits-all.
