Acceptable Use Policy

We want Arohalink to be a safe, fair and useful platform for everyone. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you can and cannot do.
You will not
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, right to work or affiliations.
- Bypass the platform to avoid fees, audit trails or anti-abuse measures.
- Share account credentials or operate accounts on behalf of someone without authorisation.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against or harm other users.
- Post unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content.
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform’s security or availability.
- Scrape, copy or replicate the platform or its data without consent.
We expect
- Honest profiles, honest reviews, honest disputes.
- Communication that respects worker dignity and client privacy.
- Compliance with the laws and regulations of Aotearoa New Zealand.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. We may also notify regulators or law enforcement where required. Decisions are made acting reasonably and with regard to context.

To report abuse or breach of this policy, email support@arohalink.com. Higher-severity reports are triaged immediately.
